Plate I · Distinction lace, sleeve

The ladder of ranks.

One ladder, climbed by days of service. Every day you keep the Watch counts one. Every friend who signs on with your link counts 10. A missed day never takes rank away. The lace is drawn as it's worn, silver on navy with the executive curl, and every rank carries a hard-enamel pin.
