We reply with what fits, samples to try, and written terms: trade prices, minimums and lead times.
03We pack and ship
Bars and balms by the case. Chests packed by hand, each with its own initials, to one address or to each client.

Every gift chest hoists its own client's initials on the lid, and the chart inside the lid is drawn from them.

Lead times are our targets from the day terms are agreed, and every quote confirms them in writing. Smaller first orders are welcome while you try the line.
